Styling Series: Hiding My Hair

Welcome to another installment of ‘Styling Series’.

Let’s create an outfit with a focus on concealing my hair.

We’ll start with the bottoms.

The Leather Shorts

I have had these black leather shorts in my closet for probably over a year.

Some things I love about these shorts are the front pleats.

I think they make the shorts look super cool.

Also, the length of the short is very different from what I normally wear.

I’m normally at mid-thigh length, but this gives me a different silhouette.

The Tank Top

Next up, we have this tank top from Dion Lee before their store abruptly closed down.

It’s nice and snug to my body.

I really love the hardware included.

I believe the inspo was from an old time buckle from a plane. Don’t quote me on that.

And the cut makes your back and arms look a little bigger.

The Footwear

For the shoes, we have these Steve Madden loafers.

These shoes are great because they are an affordable price and they look really good.

The Blazer

Next up, we have this Nanushka oversized blazer.

I really, really love this. It’s a recent piece that I’ve added to my closet.

 I’ve said this before, but I’m a big guy. I’m 6 foot 2.

And finding a suit jacket that is both fashionable and has an oversized look is really difficult.

I think this jacket from Nanushka does the job really well.

The Final Touch

To tie everything together, I added a bandana to conceal my hair.

It complements the outfit while keeping the focus on the overall look.

This is the final fit, and I have to say—I’m loving it. Would you rock this?
